What exactly is the Early Enrollment Offer?
When you sign up for the Saver Plan, create at least one course, and enroll 10 or more active learners within your first calendar month, we reimburse your next 3 monthly payments in full. That’s your first quarter (months 2, 3, and 4) completely free. The reimbursement is processed automatically at the start of month 2.
Is the pricing really transparent? No hidden fees?
Yes. $50/month covers all Canvas features, hosting, support, security, and updates for up to 50 active learners. Additional learners are $0.50 each per month. There are no setup fees and no add-on costs. If you grow beyond 500 active learners, we’ll quote you a custom price.
What counts as an "active learner"?
An active learner is any user who logs in and interacts with at least one course in a given month. Learners who are enrolled but haven’t logged in that month don’t count toward your learner total.
What is a Dedicated Instance?
A Dedicated Instance is your own private ReachLMS platform: dedicated Canvas servers with your own domain, fully managed by us. There is no per-user seat cost; billing is based on actual server load, which makes it a strong fit once you pass roughly 1,000 active learners. Enquire and we’ll send a custom quote within 24 hours.
What is the Complete Ecosystem?
The Complete Ecosystem is our most complete offer, provided through YouMultiply Education. It brings together a dedicated ReachLMS, the ReachSIS student information system and ERP, Logos Bible library access, the EVERYWORD Premium Bible commentary app, a white-label mobile app on both app stores, and hands-on engineering and training support, with no per-user seat cost. What is ReachIntegrity?
ReachIntegrity is our AI academic-dishonesty detection system, built for a world where students have AI in their pockets. It’s currently in development and the pricing model hasn’t been finalized yet. The Complete Ecosystem offer includes early access when it launches.
What does the three-month guarantee mean?
The Complete Ecosystem is backed by a three-month money-back guarantee: if for any reason you are not happy within the first three months, you walk away with a full refund. That’s enough time to see your customized system working with your own data. The risk sits with us, not you.
Can I import my existing courses from Moodle or another LMS?
Yes. We provide a guided migration for courses from Moodle, Blackboard, and other Canvas-compatible formats. For Dedicated Instance customers, we manage the full migration of all active student records.
Do I get a branded domain (e.g., learn.myschool.com)?
Yes. Your institution gets a custom subdomain (e.g., learn.myschool.com) or you can point your own domain. Branding includes your logo, colors, and custom login page.
What kind of support is included?
Priority email and chat support during US and European business hours, with an average response time under 4 hours. New customers also get a guided training session to help them set up. Dedicated Instance customers get a named account manager and priority phone support. Additional setup services are available on demand.
