Dedicated is built for institutions already on open source Canvas (or ready for a private box) — above all teams on bloated enterprise deals. Saver and Premium are clear seat plans for small and new programs. If you are not sure, talk to us and we will point you the right way.

Dedicated starts at $650 a month, plus setup from $4,000. There is no per-user seat fee: you pay for the server your institution needs. A starter server handles roughly 750 to 3,750 students, depending on how they study. Larger institutions need larger servers, so ask us and we will send a custom quote in 24 hours.

Saver is $50/month billed annually (or $60/month billed monthly) for up to 50 active learners, then $0.50 per additional learner. Premium is $80/month billed annually (or $96/month billed monthly) for up to 80 active learners, then $0.80 per additional learner. Both include full Canvas features, hosting, support, security, and updates. No setup fees.

An active learner is any user who logs in and interacts with at least one course in a given month. Learners who are enrolled but haven’t logged in that month don’t count toward your learner total.

You keep open source Canvas — the same LMS your staff already know — while we host and run a private ReachLMS box at a price built for smaller institutions, not bloated campus deals. Teams come to us when Canvas is right but the enterprise deal is not.

Everyone can reach us by WhatsApp and email, students and faculty included, on every plan. Administrators can also phone us from 6am to 3pm US Eastern, and we reply within an hour during those hours. Premium adds priority support. Dedicated customers get a named contact after go-live, training as part of setup, and the option of 24/7 support.

Yes. On Dedicated, we move your courses for you as part of setup and check them before you go live. On Saver and Premium, you can move courses yourself or have us do it with a migration package: $600 for 1–10 courses, $1,500 for 11–25 courses, or $3,000 for 26–50 courses. For more than 50, contact us for a quote.

It depends on how complex the move is. Small institutions can go live in about two weeks, and large ones may take up to eight. As a rough guide: 2–3 weeks for under 100 courses with light course fixes, few integrations and no custom work; 3–4 weeks for 100+ courses with a light course refresh and some integrations; and 4–8 weeks for 100+ courses with full course upgrades, integrations and some custom development. Every plan is backed up daily. On Dedicated, we commit to 99.9% uptime, with service credits if we fall short. Over the past year, our actual uptime was 99.99%.

Saver and Premium are bought online, and you can cancel any time. Payments aren’t refunded, so if you cancel partway through a month or year you’ve already paid for, your plan stays active until the end of that term. Dedicated runs month to month with 30 days’ notice, or on an annual term with 60 days’ notice before renewal. There is no multi-year commitment, your price is locked for the term, and any increase at renewal is capped at 6%. New Dedicated setups also come with a three-month money-back guarantee.
